Who does The Seniors’ Answer help?

The Seniors’ Answer helps seniors with their daily routine tasks, paperwork and affairs along with emergency issues so that their families do not have the intense pressure of managing two households. We enable families to spend their time sharing family news and cherished memories. Additionally, we help families who have members with ‘special needs.’

We also help busy professionals simplify their life by taking care of their personal and financial affairs.

What services do you provide?

We can tailor services for your family’s needs.  Common services we can provide include:

  • Routine money management, including bill-paying, bank account reconciliation
  • Budgeting
  • Pre-tax preparation
  • Document management, including filing, digitization of documents
  • Personal affairs coordination, including arranging appointments for personal care, shopping, and travel
  • Household management, including grocery delivery, household repairs, housecleaning, pet care appointments, and if necessary, relocation, even across the country
  • Financial management, including coordination with your family’s accounting, investment, insurance, wealth management and real estate professionals
  • Evaluation of health insurance plans and review and payment of medical bills
  • Coordination of health care, including arranging medical appointment, choice of medical equipment vendors and, when necessary, respite and hospice providers.
  • Business management, including the sale or liquidation of a small business if that becomes necessary because your family member is permanently incapacitated

What areas do you serve?

We serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe and Collier counties.

Do you work in retirement/assisted living communities?

We will work with any and all alternative living facilities and retirement communities.

What is your experience and do you provide references? 

Corrine has had a very successful, 30 year career managing and consulting for customer and client driven corporate (including healthcare) and non-profit organizations.  She has served on a variety of non-profit boards including several years on the Advisory Board of the American Red Cross Blood Services of Northern Ohio.  She holds a B.A. in Economics from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

References will be provided upon request and with prior notification and permission from the reference.

Are you a member of any professional organizations? 

Yes. We are members of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), the American Society on Aging, the Chambers of Commerce in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

What specialties to do you have and training have you received?


B.A. in Economics from Northeastern University and MBA from the Harvard Business School. Corrine is a Geriatric Care Manager and is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).

Are you licensed, bonded and insured? 


Yes.  And we conduct criminal background and credit check of all staff.

How do services get started? 

To start our services please call The Seniors’ Answer at 305-646-1833 or fill out the contact us form.  We will arrange an initial no-charge consultation. Services generally will begin as soon as you want – the same day if needed.  We can answer any and all questions you may have during this initial consultation.

Do you charge for initial visits? 


No. There is no charge for the 30 minute initial consultation.

What do you charge and how often do you bill? 

Clients are billed at the rate of $100.00 per hour for services provided. Payment is due at the time of service. Our invoices include the nature of charges such as correspondence preparation; coordination with accounting, legal and health professionals; transportation or any other client directed activity. We also charge for any out-of-pocket costs the client has requested us to provide such as postage, office supplies, household and personal needs.

Is there a minimum contract period for service? 


No. Whether you need one-time or continuing assistance, we will help you.  However, for appointments involving over one hour of transportation time, a two hour slot is the minimum at the hourly rate.

Do you charge for transportation? 


For regularly scheduled weekly appointments within a 5 mile radius of our office there is no charge for travel. All other trips are charged at the regular rate.

Can I use a credit card to pay my bill and if so, which ones? 


Yes, Mastercard or Visa.

What if I wish to cancel my services? 

Services provided by The Seniors’ Answer can be cancelled at any time by calling or emailing our office.

How is my privacy maintained? 

Your information is kept strictly confidential. Only The Seniors’ Answer personnel directly involved with your account will have access to your information. The Seniors’ Answer does not sell information to any third party or affiliates.

All federal and state guidelines relevant to the privacy of personal and healthcare information are followed. This begins on the first day of service. The service agreement clarifies any restrictions on the use of your information. Unauthorized family members will not have access without the client’s or legally authorized representative’s formal consent.
